Operations Manager / Care

An Operations Manager is required a by a leading and outstanding Care Home provider is Southend. You’ll provide leadership and take responsibility for the Management and Administration of the company within the frameworks. A starting salary of up to £45,000 is available.

This will be a challenging yet rewarding role, where you’ll be responsible for the Service Level Agreement and attending regular Director’s meetings. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the Care Service delivered meets the CQC Standards.

You’ll be joining a leading and outstanding Care Provider that have been established for over 40 years and pride them self’s on having caring, knowledgeable, well trained staff and management.  

Required skills:

Previous experience as an Operations Manager / Registered Manager within the Care Industry.

Awareness of registration, legal and statutory requirements.

Knowledge and understanding of health and social care commissioning  

Ability to build networks with stakeholders to develop the business

Registered Nurse/Social Worker or Management Qualification Level 4/5 related to social care

Who will suit this role?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Home Care Manager, you’ll have an NVQ L4/5 in Health and Social Care or QCF Qualified with Leadership and management qualification and a full understanding of CQC.

Salary:

Basic salary to £45,000 + Benefits

Location:

Southend

Commutable from Basildon, Chelmsford, Grays, Romford and surrounding areas
